Booking​

Cecilia Cabrera Photography required the contract signed and the retainer fee of $100 to get you in her schedule.  Failure to do either, will not guarantee the availability of the photographer to do your session.  The retainer fee is part of your session fee and is not refundable. 

 

Proofs

About 1-2 weeks after your session, we will email you a link with a password for your private online proofing gallery and an explanation of how to create your favorite and final list. The online gallery will remain active for 15 days. Once the gallery has been closed, there will be a $25 fee to upload your gallery for an additional 7 days, so please do your final selection as soon as possible so I can edit your gallery.  After you choose your gallery, you need to message me and I will follow up in a week with the link to your final images so you can download them.  The total processing time will be 2 or 4 weeks, Usually less. 

Ordering
You can order your prints after you have made your final selection. An invoice will then be sent back with payment details. The pictures in your gallery are pieces of art for me because I hand edit and work details and colors on every single one.  Cecilia Cabrera Photography doesn't have a responsibility for the quality and colors of your prints somewhere else.  We offer a selection of professional prints, canvases, albums, etc.

Once full payment is received your prints will be ordered; they can take 3-4 weeks for delivery and longer for canvas, books, or albums.

What if it rains?

If the weather is not cooperative, we'll either move the shoot indoors or reschedule. I'll contact you the day before our session if the weather looks bad but sometimes I wait a little longer because the weather in this area is crazy.

What happens if the child, family member, or pet doesn't cooperate during the session?

Cecilia Cabrera Photography cannot guarantee the cooperation of any person or pet.  Cecilia Cabrera Photography is not responsible for any misbehavior of the client's party and I will not offer any reshoots without an additional session fee.

Cecilia Cabrera Photography reserves the right to use any photograph in any form such as, but not limited to, the use in advertising, reproduction, and copyright. All images are copyrighted by Cecilia Cabrera Photography, even those you purchase. Copying, scanning, or reproducing images is strictly prohibited. Print-screening images from this website are also against the law. All offenders will be prosecuted accordingly. Prices are subject to change without notice at any time and are locked at the time of booking and are non-negotiable. Prices are guaranteed for 30 days after your session. Due to the custom nature of photographic products, no refunds will be issued. By hiring Cecilia Cabrera Photography, you agree to these terms.
